WEDNESDAY TRAINING , VERY UNUSUAL BUT VERY MUCH EXPECTED did fard legs and beep* test fard legs was super fun :) ran with clarrissa . steppped on a snail and screamed the life outa myself . kinda talked to her while we ran . FUN BEEP TEST: weirdly fun yet it's like sucking the liquid outta me i did until about level 6.(Something ) when i finished , i walked past mr poh and he was like " that girl in white is a national sailor " i couldn't be bothered and nodded my head and lft . i don't know f he was talking to me . than like 3 seconds later , the girl he was talking about couldn't run anymore and "failed" i was thinking " W.O.W , a national sailor . thursday NORMAL
