training was fun ! yet kinda painful .... so sad that jessica didn't come to school yesterday ..... so sad !! i lost to my friend and then i had to do the 5 star jumps and say "i","am" , "such" , " a " , "loser !!! " waaaaaaaaa !!!!! sad . but it was fun and coach was laughing at us ... we did passes , chest passes , shoulder pass , overhead pass , bounce pass , the curve throw thingy , ohe of the hardest was when we had to throw the ball behind our backs to our friend , my friend and i were not the only ones struggling ... the other one was when we had to er... i forgot , tell you when i remember ! anyway , then when sarah threw the ball to clio , it merely missed my head and i was in a state of shock .... than we ended off by splitting off into 2 groups , and then challenging each other in throwning in the balls into the netball post . the team i was in won ! then the other team had to do the chicken dance in the middle of the festival court , while we were happily singing and clapping . well , i gotta go , byebye ! i'll try to update my blog soon !
